  2. Questcor Pharmaceuticals (QCOR:$10.38,00$0.76,007.90%) declined in night trade after the FDA told the company the agency requires more time to review its drug application for a treatment of infantile spasms.
    • Released from an after-hours halt and plummeted to its session low of 9.60. It spiked back up to 10.20 before settling in a negative range of 9.99 to 9.77 through much of its evening action.
    • 9.70 to 9.80 range stood as a potential bottom support.
    • On the short side, the 10 mark was not aggressively tested.
  3. Shanda Games Ltd. (GAME:$5.77,00$0.01,000.17%) saw a 16% drop in second-quarter profit on lower sales and margins, although the Chinese online-game developer said the results were in line with its expectations.
    • Misses on Q2 Revenue, Earnings Ahead of Expectations - Stock up 2% in Evening Trade.
    • 5.76 to 6.10.
  4. Shuffle Master (SHFL:$8.64,00$0.35,004.22%) fiscal third-quarter profit rose 4.1% on higher sales and margins, although expenses grew more than revenue did.
    • Stock dipped -3.9% and established range of 8.69 to 8.30 during after hours trade. 
  5. Men's Wearhouse (MW:$21.0000,$0.1100,0.53%) advanced in after-hours trade after beating Q2 expectations.
    • Spiked to an early after-hours high of 21.94 before dropping back to hold a plus-side range of 21.05 to 21.40 through the bulk of its evening trade.
    • +1.3% 20.74 to 21.94 in after hours. 
  6. Drone-maker AeroVironment Inc (AVAV:$23.35,00$0.25,001.08%) posted narrower-than-expected quarterly loss, helped by growth at its unmanned aircraft systems and efficient energy systems segments, and backed fiscal 2011 revenue growth forecast.

  7. Shares of Measurement Specialties (MEAS:$15.45,00$-0.06,00-0.39%) , whose shares have risen 55 percent over the past year, were trading up one percent at $15.61 in extended trade.
    • A maker of sensor and sensor-based systems, said it acquired Pressure Systems Inc, a maker of pressure sensing and water monitoring equipment, for $25 million in cash, to enhance its presence in aerospace research and water monitoring industries.
  8. Costco Wholesale (COST:$59.21,00$0.57,000.97%) closed up 0.9% at 59.21, below the 1.35% gain to 59.43 recorded in the pre-market session after Goldman Sachs raised its rating on the stock to Buy from Neutral. The firm had a price target of $86, up from $62, on company shares. 
  9. New York Times Co. (NYT:$8.3800,$0.6200,7.99%) shares rose 8% and options volume surged Wednesday on renewed speculation that Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim was either looking to buy or raise his stake in the media giant.
  10. Activist investor Carl Icahn bought more shares of Hain Celestial Group Inc. (HAIN:$24.40,00$0.39,001.62%) , boosting his stake in the company to about 14.2%.
