WLT - news today concerning the new board nominations. 40 is the technical breakout, that point got pushed further today 40.6 so its clear that many are sitting at 40.25-40.5 area locking small or flat, once its over that 41 mark to be safe it'll go for sure, I'd accum dips and swing though if you want to trade this the proper way, otherwise wait for confirmation and then take the daytrade.
