IDCC - I love this one over 46 is the breakout spot. It may need to test it more than once, but I also like the fact that this one is habitual when it comes to news stories being the reason why it pushes so we may get lucky with some patience to the upside. Not in yet, but eyeing.

JCP - had e/r tonight, they missed. Ron Johnson had this awesome plan to have "no discounts" and they ended up having the lowest sales this Quarter since announcing this plan. Johnson said it was his fault and they are having sales now so 19 area was resistance. and 18 is crack spot.
