SBGI - Sometimes, when you stalk a stock for such a while, when you see friends get killed on early shorts, when you took it long, you know when its time to short the stock and other times you don't. Either way, it comes time when the odds are in your favor to leap before you look. Short any strength in the morning. 28+ pops are ideal. Stock is up on news of a buyout on FSCI giving them a larget mkt share in tv land. From 20 to 28 in a few short days on 6 million shares to finish up the last day. Many got squeezed to death and fueled the fire, fair value is probably closer to 22-24.5.
