Milestone Financial Investments
  1. BIDU = 77.33, this stock had a 10 to 1 split and got alot of momentum which pushed it into the green 8%, I shorted this stock twice today, once for small gain, second for large loss, boofail.
  2. WBS = 21.48, I shorted this stock at 21.5, have yet to sell, hoping for .20cents on this, may overnight.
  3. LVS = 24.02, company has lost some of its volume since earnings, but this one is my bread and butter, it runs hand and hand with market, usually.
  4. FIS = 29.90, A private equity deal for Fidelity National Information Services Inc, currently being negotiated, could be worth around $15 billion or 32/share if agreed.
    • Private equity firm Silver Lake is considering joining a consortium bidding for payment processing firm Fidelity National Information Services Inc (FIS:$29.70,00$0.84,002.91%) , two sources familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.
  5. WFMI = 40.25, new CEO named and stock up from earnings in after hours to 42.2 - 42.85.
    • Long play on WFMI Thursday. The 41.75 to 42.25 range set up as a consistent bottom support tonight, and longs may want to watch this area for possible jumping in points that could see bumps back toward 42.50, or above.
  6. NEXM = .42, up 10% ah's because new drug helped healing 4x faster than usual, up .45-.47
  7. ISLE = 10.90, Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc Chief Financial Officer Dale Black is scheduled to speak at the 2010 RBS High Yield Conference at Aria in Las Vegas on Thursday, May 13 at 9:45 am Pacific Time.
  8. DRYS = , slipped in evening trade after posting Q1 revenue that was shy of expectations, Stock flashed to a quick early after-hours high of 5.78 before setting off on a downside run that took it from 5.70 to a session low of 5.38.
    • A pre-market open Thursday may have potential near 5.55 to 5.50
    • At best tonight, the 5.61 to 5.59 area saw some of the most consistent downside liquidity early in the session, and more risk tolerant shorts may want to eye this area as a potential entry point. On the long side, buyers were active tonight from the low of 5.38 up to 5.47, an area that could form as a bottom support and perhaps see upside turns back into the 5.50s.
  9.  SY = 56.14close, 64.5ah's, 5.8bil buyout from SAP 66.77/share could trigger a bidding war from ORCL as they fight for dominance.
  10. BWS =18.51close, 18.97ah's, back on my radar again as they had a huge jump last week. All I could find is that they have an earnings call May 26.
  11. SLE - 14.32, I don't know why I love this company the last few days, they just been in the news, 18500 shares bot by CEO @ 13.5 and they may sell stake for profit in some company they have stake in.
  12. Walgreen Co. (WAG:$36.57,00$0.40,001.11%) said it won't sell an over-the- counter genetic test to consumers until the company that makes the test works out any regulatory issues with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
    • "in light of the FDA contacting Pathway Genomics about its genetic test kit and anticipated ongoing discussions between the two parties, we've elected not to move forward with offering the Pathway product to our customers until we have further clarity on this matter."
  13. Standard & Poor's Ratings Services downgraded its ratings on Principal Financial Group Inc. (PFG:$30.68,00$0.83,002.78%) closer to junk territory, citing its potential exposure to higher losses, mostly related to the downturn in commercial real estate.   Standard & Poor's Ratings Services downgraded its ratings on Principal Financial Group Inc.
