    • Released new positive data from its ongoing Phase I/IIa clinical trial with Apoptone (HE3235) for castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) also referred to as hormone resistant prostate cancer.

    • Evening indications would suggest NBIX records a potential pre-market open Wednesday near 6.00 to 5.80. Sellers were most active tonight off the 6.26 high down to 5.95, a rather wide range but one where a potential near-term ceiling could develop for shorts to watch. On the long side, more risk tolerant longs may want to watch for any return to the 5.30 to 5.40 area, a range where buy liquidity looked most confident as the stock lifted off its early evening low.
  3. AU = -5.5%, 43.75 - 45
    • Shares slid late Tuesday following the mining company?s plan for a simultaneous offering of stock and bonds worldwide.
    • Has a good range in it, basically gave back all the gains it made during the day, but had a nice uptrend going. 
  4. MPWR = +4.7%, 17.87 - 18.4
    • Based on the current production and demand outlook, the company expects its third quarter revenues to be at the lower end of its previously announced guidance of $66.0 to $70.0 million. The company is providing this update to investors due to the uncertainty in the current semiconductor markets.
    • Added to S&P SmallCap 600.
  5. EPB = -3.6%, 31.82 - 31.96
    • It plans to sell 10 million units in a public offering.
  6. MA = -3.6%, 201.85 - 203.78
    • Unveiled a $1 billion stock buyback late Tuesday, the latest U.S. company to return capital to shareholders.
  7. AGNC = +1.9%, 28.64 - 28.9
    • Advanced in after-hours trade after announcing plans for a Q3 cash dividend of $1.40 per share.
    • A pre-market open Wednesday may have potential near 28.80 to 28.90. The 28.70 to 28.80 range may work as a potential entry point for longs to eye early tomorrow as buy activity was consistent in this area and may hold out some prospects for upside revisits back near 28.90 or above.
