- The 17 to 16.80 range stood as a hard ceiling tonight, a potential range for shorts to watch. More risk tolerant shorts may want to eye the 16.80 to 16.65 area, levels that saw increased selling heading into tonight's second-half. On the long side, the 16.20s set up as a tentative floor late this evening, but longs may want to move to the sidelines through the early going to see if there may be more room to drift lower, perhaps toward to the low 16s or high 15s - an area that could form as a near-term base support.

- With such near-term consistency in place we would look to play the long side of OPEN early Wednesday. Buyers may want to linger near the 67 to 68.40 range, an area that saw steady buy action tonight.

- The historical data is not overwhelming, but it, along with steady upside support tonight off 24.10 to 24.40, would have us looking at this range as a possible long entry point that could see bumps back into the mid- to higher-24s.
