  1. Rambus (RMBS:$24.89,00$0.74,003.06%) said it received notification from the International Trade Commission (ITC) extending the target date for completion of the investigation until July 26, 2010. The ITC has requested further briefing regarding a license agreement between Rambus and Samsung Electronics. This action was brought by Rambus against NVIDIA Corporation and other Respondents alleging violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
    • Short, but expect it to reach a point where its so low, its a bargain and gets some lift.
  2.  NetApp (NTAP:$32.43,00$-0.66,00-1.99%) advanced in after-hours trading after reporting better-than-expected results and guidance
    • Even though this stock had better than expected earnings I expect a downward trend all day current value is somewhat priced in, but if you look 10day chart you see that it has now reached back to the same level it was 10 days ago, and took a major decline all day yesterday, so not many share are held at low prices, which could give it a good run out of the gate, which would set us up for a beautiful short sell.
      • Longs may want to watch for potential entry points near 33.60 to 34, levels that set up as a steady floor support through the late first-half and second-half of night trade.
  3.  Semtech (SMTC:$17.94,00$0.07,000.39%) reports Q1 revs of $101.9 mln, better than the analyst mean of $95 mln on Thomson Reuters. Non-GAAP EPS was $0.35, vs. expectations of $0.28.
    • Long, but doesn't seem like this was expected based on previous volume and prices the last 5 days, I expect it to climb early, but I would scalp your profit fast.
  4. Microelectronics manufacturer FSI International Inc. (FSII:$2.75,00$0.11,004.17%) boosted its fiscal third-quarter revenue and earnings forecasts, citing higher-than-expected orders.
    • Long, this co expects it revenue to kick butt so the stock should follow, but I think this news is already priced in and should watch for declines early and then buy for a run back to the HOD (High of Day)
  5.  Sirius XM (SIRI:$.882,$-.11,-11.11%) shares are generating heavy buy action through the early after-hours, holding a plus-side range between 0.88 and a brief top of 0.99. The bulk of the trade is being recorded between 0.92 and 0.95. The stock was down 11% in today's regular session, but most of that downside came off a sharp swing lower just ahead of the closing bell.
    • Price: 0.94, Change: +0.06, Percent Change: +7.1
    • Long, The price of Siri 5 days before this has been higher so of of this news I expect a move back into the $1 area, I'm long, I would love an entry around .92-.93area.
  6. Alexza Pharmaceuticals (ALXA:$3.02,00$-0.03,00-0.98%) announced it obtained a committed equity financing facility under which it may sell up to $25 million of its registered common stock to Azimuth Opportunity, Ltd. over a 24-month period.
    • Long, early run up, probably strong all day as previous price was much higher and needed this good news to get back to it.
  7. Watch-List
    1. UCO - oil proshares
    2. TZA - bear small cap
    3. GLD - gold
    4. INAP - presenting at a conference, cheap stock though.
  8.  Jamba Juice (JMBA:$2.64,00$-0.03,00-1.12%) declined in night trade after reporting a deeper-than-expected quarterly loss.
    • JMBA slid from 2.60 to a low of 2.30 in the first-half of after-hours trade. Buyers moved in off the low and firmed JMBA up to a still negative range of 2.45 to 2.41.
    • Evening indications would suggest JMBA records a possible pre-market open Thursday surrounding 2.42.
    • Sell momentum was most vigorous tonight between 2.60 and 2.48, an area where shorts may want to watch for a potential near-term ceiling to form.
    • Price: 2.42, Change: -0.22, Percent Change: -8.3
    • Short, but bargain hunters will boost it once its low, so short the pops as its declination is inevitable.
