The shares are up more than 73% after Briefing.com reported rumors that Omnicell Inc. (OMCL:$12.79,00$0.10,000.79%) is looking to buy the company. Omnicell (OMCL:$12.79,00$0.10,000.79%) shares are down fractionally after being slightly higher in earlier trading.
    • 3.6 value b4 rumors. 
    • Same situation here with NOVL, considering NOVL sellling and buying back by the way. 
  2. LVS - always a s/s and long money maker

  3. Callaway Golf Co. (ELY:$7.60,00$-0.28,00-3.55%) predicted it would post a more modest profit improvement in the current quarter than analysts were expecting, as the golf- equipment company warned a recovery would likely be slower than it hoped.

  4. AES Corp.'s (AES:10.38...) wind-generation business agreed to acquire a wind- development pipeline in Poland, boosting its planned megawattage in the country by more than four-fifths.

  7. Lululemon Athletica Inc (LULU:$42.43,00$0.67,001.60%) said on Thursday its quarterly profit more than tripled, besting analysts' forecasts on a sharp increase in demand for its yoga and running wear.

  20. The parent of the Chicago Board Options Exchange said Monday that it had priced its planned initial public offering at $29-a-share in a flotation that will raise $339.3 million and intensify the takeover speculation surrounding the company. 
    • CBOE Holdings Inc. was priced at the top of a $27-to-$29-a-share indicative range that had remained unchanged through the marketing period, in contrast to the sharp increases seen with previous U.S. financial exchanges. 
    • CBOE runs the largest U.S. options exchange as well as futures and stock trading platforms and is playing on scarcity value as the country's last large member-owned financial exchange after legal issues delayed the planned IPO by more than three years.
