    • Back into the black this year, what month is is? Damn, only 7 months into it and we are even. We got to be doing something terribly terribly _____. (you fill in the blank)

    •  Barely down, but I expect us to start pushing on this level and bringing it down some I longed FAZ after hours just in case we open lower.
  • BP set to replace CEO; spill cleanup resumes
    •  Friday Congress votes on ending a cap on damage payment, could be Death for BP.
  • Fed's Yellen Warns Against Raising Inflation Target  
    •  Inflation is good, deflation is bad and with Bernake saying we're ready to stimulate if so needed has me thinking they have "an invention called a printing press," duh. We in trouble.
  • US home sales surge in June, inventory at 42-yr low 
    • Why did they surge? Well tax credit was one reason why, so its down hill from here. Interesting fact want to know the worst month for auto sales since 2008, mmmmmmmmm, June!

U.S. House Democrats unveiled a bill Monday that would eliminate the cap on damage claims that BP PLC (BP:$38.65, up$1.7, up4.86%) and other oil companies would have to pay for spills such as the one in the Gulf of Mexico, setting the stage for a vote Friday on the first chamber-wide response to the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history.
    • Basically, on friday congress will vote on eliminating a stopping point for paying for this spill!
    • Their new CEO will be American and oil cleanup in on track, hoping there are no hurricanes during hurricane season.
    • 38.7-38.4, I expect a bigger drop on Friday if that legislation passes, maybe flat before then or up or down depending on how the market takes the news and wants to speculate. Short.
