  1. Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT:$71.2500,$-1.2300,-1.70%) has received a $111.4 million contract modification from the U.S. Air Force for sustainment of the F-22 Raptor fleet, resulting in a contract value of $709 million. This modification is for the 2010 Follow-On Agile Sustainment for the Raptor (FASTeR) sustainment contract, which was issued initially in 2008 and extended in 2009.
  2. Pacific Sunwear of California (PSUN:$4.05,00$-0.07,00-1.70%) : Stock plunged in lightly traded early minutes of after-hours to the night low of 3.80 before an equally quick rebound to push up to around 4.05, virtually unchanged from the day session. The stock chopped in this area late in after-hours action. An open below 4.00 looks likely. PSUN has shown a pattern of widening its next-day share move in the regular trading session following an evening earnings release, doing so in 15 of the 20 quarters we've tracked. A short play on the issue for early Wednesday from any points between 3.80 and 4.00 may prove attractive.

  3. Coinstar (CSTR:$46.45,00$-0.85,00-1.80%) says Sigue Corporation will purchase Coinstar's money transfer business for $41.5 million, which will be subject to a post-closing net working capital adjustment.
  4. Dycom Industries (DY:$8.5100,$0.1000,1.19%) reports Q4 EPS of $0.12, in line with Street view. Revenue of $281.5 million is above estimates of $273.80 million.
    • Dycom Industries Inc.'s fiscal fourth-quarter profit declined 30% on lower margins, although the provider of services to telecommunications companies posted better-than-expected revenue growth.
